Poest 8 x 5-liitrist Saaremaa vee pudelit hangitud.<\/p>\n<p>Purgil olnud juhend algas tavap\u00e4ratult &#8211; keeda 100 ml vett ja jahuta see 30-33 kraadini ning sega sellesse p\u00e4rm ja j\u00e4ta v\u00e4hemalt 30 minutiks seisma. Ma polnud kunagi varem p\u00e4rmi n\u00f6 eelligunema ehk paljunema pannud, aga sedakorda otsustasin seda teha. Kuigi, nagu olen lugenud, see muud olulist vist ei tee, kui \u00f5lu l\u00e4heb kiiremini k\u00e4ima. Aga eks ole n\u00e4ha.<\/p>\n<p>Keetsin vajaliku koguse vett (m\u00f5lema p\u00e4rmi jaoks siis kokku 200 ml) ja panin jahtuma. Kuna 100 kraadi pealt ca 30 peale j\u00f5udmine oleks v\u00f5tnud meeletu aja, otsustasin vee k\u00fclmkappi panna. Ca poole tunniga saingi selle 33 kraadi peale. Valasin vee v\u00f5rdselt kahte klaasi ja segasin p\u00e4rmi pakid sisse. Katsin pealt kinni ja j\u00e4tsin rahulikult seisma. Kokku lasin seista l\u00f5puks ca tund aega. Silmaga vaadates oli p\u00e4rm kenasti lahustunud. Ja loodetavasti tublisti paljunenud.<\/p>\n<p>Siis keetsin 2 liitrit vett kummagi \u00f5lle jaoks ja segasin kummassegi n\u00f5usse 1 kg suhkrut. Esmakordselt segasin suhkru enne sisse, kui kontsentraadi. Oli \u00fcsna hea segada, sest iga lahustumata t\u00fckike oli ilusti vees n\u00e4ha.<\/p>\n<p>Purgid olid samal ajal kuumas vees vedeldumas. Avasin purgid ja lahustasin kummagi oma n\u00f5usse. Kontsentraat lahustus segades\u00a0v\u00e4ga h\u00e4sti. Kokku oli seega kummagi n\u00f5u p\u00f5hjas ca 3 liitrit vedelikku.<\/p>\n<p>Sulgesin kaaned ja viisin n\u00f5ud keldrisse. Seda peamiselt seet\u00f5ttu, et viimastel p\u00e4evadel on toas olnud pidevalt 24-26 kraadi sooja ja see on\u00a0\u00fclimalt piiripealne temperatuur. V\u00f5tsin keldrisse kaasa k\u00f5ik vajalikud riistad ja Saaremaa vee pudelid.<\/p>\n<p>Valasin kummassegi n\u00f5usse 4 pudelit vett ehk 20 liitrit, kuni 23 liitri m\u00e4rgini. M\u00f5\u00f5tsin \u00f6ra &#8211; m\u00f5lema \u00f5lle n\u00e4it oli 1039-1040. Segasin kumbagi virret ca 2 minutit.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00fc\u00fcd tegin esimese m\u00f6\u00f6dalaskmise v\u00f5rreldes juhendiga &#8211; segasin lahustatud p\u00e4rmi sisse ca 25 kraadi peal, kuigi juhend soovitas 16-22 kraadi. Samas oli see lause juhendis suht segane ja pigem v\u00f5tsin ma seda kui \u00f5lle k\u00e4imise jaoks sobivat temperatuuri. P\u00e4rast p\u00e4rmi lisamist segasin kumbagi virret veel 2 minutit, et paremini aereeruks. Sulgesin kaaned ja panin \u00f5hulukud peale.<\/p>\n<p>Keldris tehtud \u00f5husoojuse m\u00f5\u00f5tmine andis tulemuseks ca 17 kraadi. Peaks siis olema \u00fcsna sobiv. Ja k\u00fclmemaks seal praeguste ilmadega ilmselt ei l\u00e4he.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00fc\u00fcd siis loodan, et \u00f5lled l\u00e4hevad k\u00e4ima ja 4-6 p\u00e4eva p\u00e4rast saab pudelisse villida.<\/p>\n<h3>14.08 &#8211; \u00d5lled on ilusti k\u00e4ima l\u00e4inud<\/h3>\n<p>K\u00e4isin keldris piilumas. Mulksuvad m\u00f5lemad. Lager tihedalt (ca 5 sekundilise intervalliga), pils harvemini aga terve valang korraga. Keldris oli hetkel temperatuur 16-17 kraadi vahel. Eks ta alumise piiri peal on, aga ikka parem kui toas olev 25. Loodame siis, et tulevad head \u00f5lled. Esimene v\u00f5imalik valmimise aeg esmasp\u00e4ev, aga kiirustama ei hakka, v\u00f5ivad tiksuda ka kolmap\u00e4evani.<\/p>\n<h3>19.08 &#8211; \u00d5lled 6 p\u00e4eva k\u00e4inud<\/h3>\n<p>T\u00e4na sai 6-s k\u00e4imise p\u00e4ev t\u00e4is. Oletasin, et \u00f5llekesed on vaikseks j\u00e4\u00e4nud ja saab villida, aga nii see ei olnud. K\u00e4ivad m\u00f5lemad t\u00e4ie auruga veel ja mulksuvad \u00fcsna tihedalt (ca 10 sekundilise intervalliga). Vaatan homme-\u00fclehomme uuesti. Aga kuidagi liiga kaua k\u00e4ivad k\u00fcll ja varasemad sellelaadsed olukorrad head tulemust toonud ei ole.<\/p>\n<h3>25.08 &#8211; 12 p\u00e4eva k\u00e4inud\u00a0&#8211; seis sama<\/h3>\n<p>K\u00e4ivad m\u00f5lemad \u00f5lled, praegu juba 24 kraadini t\u00f5usnud temperatuuri juures, ikka edasi. Loodan, et tuleb ikka joodav kraam.<\/p>\n<p>Vaatasin Pruulimine.ee foorumist sarnast teemat ja rahunesin &#8211; teinekord v\u00f5ibki k\u00e4imine 2-3 n\u00e4dalat v\u00f5tta. Mul kiiret ei ole &#8211; las tiksuvad.<\/p>\n<h3>27.08 &#8211; Ikka k\u00e4ivad<\/h3>\n<p>14 p\u00e4eva t\u00e4is ja \u00f5lled tiksuvad m\u00f5lemad edasi. Ca 20 sekundilise vahega tuleb korralik mull v\u00f5i suisa mitu j\u00e4rjest. Ei julge mina neid veel torkida. Las tiksuvad. Ainus h\u00e4da on selles, et k\u00fclmkapp hakkab t\u00fchjaks saama ja uut kraami pole enne 2-3 n\u00e4dalat sellisel juhul loota.<\/p>\n<h3>29.08 &#8211; L\u00f5puks said villitud<\/h3>\n<p>K\u00e4isid need \u00f5lled kokku siis 16 p\u00e4eva. Kui p\u00e4ris aus olla, siis ilmselt oleks paar p\u00e4eva veel v\u00f5inud k\u00e4ia, sest mullikesi tuli ca minutise vahega veel v\u00e4hesel m\u00e4\u00e4ral. Neid k\u00e4sitlen siis nagu proovipudeleid ja hakkan neid varem mekkima.<\/p>\n<p>Laagri v\u00e4rv, l\u00f5hn ja maitse v\u00e4ga paljulubavad. Kangust oli kenasti tunda. Pilsneril v\u00e4rv v\u00e4ga hale ja maitse kah n\u00f5rga v\u00f5itu. Aga \u00e4kki t\u00f5mbab karboniseerimisel tugevamaks?<\/p>\n<p>N\u00fc\u00fcd siis j\u00e4\u00e4vad 2-ks n\u00e4dalaks, ehk 12.09-ni toasooja ja sealt edasi k\u00fclma ning siis saab hakata ka mekutama. Esimene tunne on, et hukka vast l\u00e4inud ei ole.<\/p>\n<p>\u00dcks m\u00e4rkus siiski. Kui tarbimisel peaks esinema hukka l\u00e4inud pudeleid, siis selle p\u00f5hjuseks v\u00f5ib olla see, et villimisel tuli 3-4 pudelisse (eriti laagri puhul) p\u00e4ris korralikke sogaseid klompe. Eks siis avamisel ole n\u00e4ha. Mis nende tekkimise p\u00f5hjuseks oli, pole kahjuks teada. Kas on toasoojas liiga v\u00e4he karboniseerunud? \u00dcsna t\u00f5en\u00e4oline. \u00dclej\u00e4\u00e4nud partii hoian veel v\u00e4hemalt n\u00e4dala toas! Liiga l\u00fchike aeg k\u00fclmas? Ei usu. K\u00fclmas, minu teada, \u00f5lu siiski selgineb. Seega otsus &#8211; hoiame \u00fclej\u00e4\u00e4nud partii\u00a0kauem\u00a0toas ja loodame, et l\u00e4heb paremaks. Ei k\u00f5lba juua. Paistab ilusti l\u00e4bi. Seega laagri k\u00fclma panemisega ootan ilmselt kauemgi.<\/p>\n<h3>08.09 &#8211; Probleem tuvastatud &#8211; \u00f5lu l\u00e4heb mahavalamisele<\/h3>\n<p>M\u00f5tlesin, mis ma m\u00f5tlesin, aga v\u00e4lja m\u00f5tlesin, mis nende \u00f5lledega lahti on.
